Here's a pinay recipe that is simple to prepare and am sure you and the kids will love for the delicious refreshing dessert during the warm humid days. This the rocky road cooler to soothe your nerves and calm your soul.

Ingredients:

3 cups crushed ice
1 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
3 tbsp chopped peanuts
1/4 cup marshmallows

How to prepare:

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour into serving glasses and top with more evaporated milk, chocolate syrup and marshmallows if desired. This recipe serves 2 to 3 persons.

When you serve this rocky road cooler used tall glasses with straw. But you can use ordinary size transparent glasses so you can see the mixture. Sorry i was not able to include here pictures, my digital camera broke and gone for good.
